1. Active Release
Learn muscle-specific active release techniques taught by Sammy, designed to help "unstick" your muscles, improving their glide, range of motion, and overall functional performance. This unique partner treatment is the only group class of its kind in Singapore.
2. Strength Training
This program focuses on building strength across multiple planes of motion, ensuring comprehensive muscle engagement throughout the week:
