The GRIT Program consists of three key components designed to elevate your fitness to the next level:
 

1. Active Release

Learn muscle-specific active release techniques taught by Sammy, designed to help "unstick" your muscles, improving their glide, range of motion, and overall functional performance. This unique partner treatment is the only group class of its kind in Singapore.
 

2. Strength Training

This program focuses on building strength across multiple planes of motion, ensuring comprehensive muscle engagement throughout the week:

3. Metabolic Conditioning

Dynamic finisher that combines functional movements and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning. Whether your goal is improved performance or weight loss, this high-intensity segment is designed to push your limits and deliver results.
